Navigating Life with Courage, Complexity and Chronic Illness

My mission with The Chronically Resilient is to bring visibility, dignity and humanity to the lives of people living with rare diseases and invisible disabilities. Through my own story, I share the raw, unfiltered reality of chronic illness—both the struggles and the resilience it takes to survive.

I believe rare diseases are real, invisible disabilities aren’t imaginary and every person deserves compassion, respect and basic human rights. By speaking out, I hope to challenge the stigma, raise awareness and build connection—because resilience isn’t about being unbreakable, it’s about finding strength in the struggle.
